In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

ys777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending resolution.

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, or to make any deposits or withdrawals on ys777, you must first register a Player Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the ys777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ys777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, confiscate any bonus balances, and in cases of suspected fraud, suspend Real Money Funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ys777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ys777 is required to verify the identity of its Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).

• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

4.5 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ys777 support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

• ys777 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• ys777 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, suspicious, or in breach of these Terms.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been verified as part of the KYC process.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements for each bonus are stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the Wagering Requirement. Bets placed at stake levels below the minimum bet requirement for a given game do not count toward wagering.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ys777 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including collusion, arbitrage, or multi-accounting for the purpose of obtaining promotional benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ys777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Sharing your Account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to access or operate your Account.

9.1 Player Protection Tools
